Bumble Bee Costume
Bumblebee is the ‘little brother’ of the courageous Autobot faction, consistently striving to prove himself in the eyes of the taller, stronger androids that he respects – especially his leader, Optimus Prime. So powerful is this admiration toward others, he takes hazards that put him at risk. Although a bit of a wise-cracker, he is a capable and reliable messenger and spy, his small size letting him to go places that his bigger commanders can’t. He’s highly fuel efficient, has great visual acuity, is especially flexible to undersea environments and transforms into a Volkswagen Beetle.
Bumblebee would befriend the Autobots’ first human ally – the young son of the Witwicky family. Although a well known personality due to this, Bumblebee is quite strange in that, unlike lots of other Transformers, his name has not been re-used and applied to unrelated characters across the ensuing twenty years of Transformers media, due to the loss of the trademark until recently. His role as the’young yellow character’ , however, has impressed other Transformers characters with the same role such as Cheetor and Hot Shot.
On July 4th, 2007, the picture version of the 1980s cartoon Transformers hit the big-screen. The most important stars of the new movie are in truth the cars, not the actors. GM scored big in this case, as five different GM models are featured in the flick. These GM models include a Hummer H2, the Pontiac Solstice, a GMC Top Kick wagon, a 1976 Chevy Camaro, and lastly, the star of the movie, a 2009 Camaro known as Bumblebee.
The sole known model of this automobile is the theorem automobile, which debuted at the 2006 northern US Auto Show. There is a quite interesting story behind how this auto was built.
In early planning stages, director Michael Bay was looking for cars to use in the upcoming movie. He made a decision at that moment the Camaro was the vehicle he had to have for the film.
